IntroAgent enables digital agents to discover, qualify, and negotiate enterprise opportunities, all under human-defined authority, approval gates, and auditable workflows. 

It is designed specifically for enterprise deployment in regulated and advisory-led environments. IntroAgent does NOT autonomously bind organisations to contracts or execute unapproved actions. It operates exclusively within defined partner ecosystems (curated networks) rather than the open internet.

## The 6-Step Workflow
Every IntroAgent transaction follows a strict, auditable path:
1. **Discover:** Identify capabilities matching an integration gap within trusted boundaries.
2. **Qualify:** Exchange verifiable parameters (compliance, capacity, SLA) before negotiation begins.
3. **Draft Context:** Define boundaries, limits, and fallback scenarios for the interaction.
4. **Negotiate:** Agents exchange structured proposals until an optimal, compliant agreement is reached.
5. **Human Approval:** (The Governance Gate) The drafted agreement is halted and presented to an accountable human principal (Legal/Procurement) for final authorisation.
6. **Execute:** Upon approval, the agreed parameters are deployed into operational systems.
